Living facing the bay

A view of the bay changes a home, but it does not solve everything. Ask which way each room faces, whether the breeze actually comes in, and what the living room looks like in the late afternoon, not only in the photo.

A building facing the water needs more care: humidity, windows, and the condition of the shared areas. Walk through it slowly and ask what maintenance is planned.

Nearby parks and the waterfront matter if you will use them. If the plan is to walk, host family, or work nearby, the address matters as much as the view.
