How to look at an apartment in Panama City
The neighborhood, the building, and the light matter as much as the price.

An apartment in the city makes more sense if you see it at two different hours. Morning shows the real light. Late afternoon shows the street noise, the traffic, and how the building feels when people come home. Before the price, look at the building: elevators, shared areas, parking, and the condition of the facade. A low price in a neglected building usually costs more later. The neighborhood shapes the day. Being near work, a supermarket, or a place to walk is not the same as an isolated tower. The useful question is whether that address still makes sense in two or three years.
